These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the winhq platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and winhq. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
winhq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. Upon termination, all outstanding bets will be settled according to their terms, and your remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks.
